Originally qualifying in the UK in 2020, Lucy began her career in Bristol, supporting
patients through the height of the Covid pandemic in various hospital roles and ICU.
She later moved to London to specialise in musculoskeletal care within the NHS, where
she worked with people from all walks of life—from those recovering from joint
replacements to "weekend warriors" and elite athletes. During this time, in line with her
own love of staying active, she developed a passion and specialist skillset for assessing
and managing those with running-related injuries.
Now bringing these skills to New Zealand, Lucy takes a collaborative and friendly
approach to treatment, ensuring her patients feel informed and empowered through
evidence-based care. She draws on her own experience as a runner and cyclist to
provide practical rehab that fits into a busy lifestyle. Lucy is a firm believer that staying
active is vital for both physical and mental well-being, and when she isn't in the clinic,
she’s usually out exploring New Zealand's trails and coastlines.
