WSM Group is a fee-for-service clinic, meaning that we collect payment on the day of treatment.

Payment can be via EFTPOS, cash, or same-day online transfer.
If you are unable to pay for your consultation in full please don't hesitate to let us know prior to your appointment, as we may be able to set up a payment plan for you.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy
We understand that the unexpected happens from time to time however we would appreciate your notice that you are unable to attend your appointment as soon as possible.  We are happy to reschedule your appointment to suit your commitments.  If you fail to attend your appointment, without notice, or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be charged a minimum $15 no-show/ late cancellation fee.
