Michelle Lobo

Hi there, I’m Michelle, and I’m really glad you’re here.

Let me tell you a little about myself. Professionally, my journey has recently taken me
through a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Auckland
University of Technology. Along the way, I’ve developed strong skills in structured
assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This includes everything from
tailored exercise prescription to hands-on manual therapy all guided by a patient-
centered, holistic (biopsychosocial) approach.

My goal is always to support not just recovery, but your overall well-being. Originally
from India, I bring with me two years of clinical experience across a wide range of
areas, including orthopedic, neurological, cardio-respiratory, and oncology care. This
diversity has shaped the way I approach each individual with curiosity, care, and
attention to what makes your situation unique. And speaking of unique that’s
something I truly value.

Personally, I’m a creative at heart. I love crafting things in my own way and bringing
a sense of individuality into everything I do, including how I work with my patients.
My vision is simple, I believe consistency is the key to unlocking your full potential.
With the right guidance and a personalized plan, I’m confident we can help you get
there step by step. I have a special interest in treating spine-related conditions,
particularly neck and back issues, and I’m passionate about helping people move
more freely and comfortably again.

Away from work, you’ll most likely find me dancing or out on a hike anything that
keeps me active and brings a bit of joy into the day.

I’m also fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Konkani, so feel free to speak in
whichever language you’re most comfortable with. I look forward to working with you.
